Your Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve ITSM processes based on best practices (e.g., ITIL)
Serve as the internal global contact for ITSM-related topics
Train and support employees on ITSM processes and tools
Promote awareness and adoption of ITSM practices across the organization
Manage and optimize ITSM tools and systems
Further develop and support identity and access management (IAM) processes
Analye existing processes and identify areas for improvement
Contribute to and lead IT projects focused on IAM and ITSM
Coordinate with external service partners
Your Profile
Completed IT education (technical college, university, or equivalent qualification)
ITIL Practitioner certification
Several years of experience in IT service management and/or identity and access management is a plus
Knowledge of project management; certifications such as Scrum, IPMA Level C or B are an advantage
Strong communication skills in both German (C1) and English (spoken and written)
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with a structured approach to work
Confident demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills
Additional Information
The minimum gross monthly salary (based on full-time employment, 38.5 hours/week) ranges between €3,330 and €4,270, depending on your qualifications and background. Higher compensation is possible based on experience.
EU Citizenship is valued (but it is not exclusive)
Modality: HYBRID with Relocation
