Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend focus), Stuttgart Germany

We’re currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus. In this role, you will contribute directly to the development and continuous improvement of a key customer-facing application. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, test, and release new features as part of a collaborative team.

Take an active role in building systems from the ground up, contributing to long-term engineering strategy.

Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of core applications.

Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews.

Share your expertise and mentor team members, supporting continuous improvement of the product and the engineering team.

Your Profile 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails or Django. Experience with Angular is a plus.

Bonus: hands-on experience with microservices, AWS, and Docker.

Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.

Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English; German is a plus.

A valid work permit for Germany is required.
