What You’ll Do Collaborate in an agile platform team, working on solutions that improve the developer experience.
Build and maintain features using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, PHP8, and SQL.
Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines, build stages, and test coverage.
Help establish and support a feature flag service, improve deployments (GitLab), and support Domain-Driven Design practices.
Optimize existing modules and modernize legacy architecture.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product owners, and platform leads.
Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with DDD, iterative refactoring, and legacy system modernization.
Familiarity with developer tooling, AWS Cloud, Docker, and scalable infrastructure.
A mindset for enabling teams through internal tooling or innersource contributions.
What We’re Looking For Expert-level knowledge in at least one area (frontend, backend, or DevOps).
Solid understanding of modern software architecture and clean code principles.
Strong communication skills, especially in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Professional working proficiency in both German and English.
A collaborative and growth-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
Willingness to occasionally join on-site team meetings in Hamburg, especially for onboarding.

Module organization and Domain-Driven Design adoption
