What You’ll Do Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and Frontend teams using a custom Agile/Kanban workflow

Participate in code reviews and technical retrospectives focused on architecture, testing culture, and automation

Develop meaningful backend features that directly impact customers

Take full ownership of your work and consistently think about how to improve user experience and product value

What You Bring 6+ years of professional backend development experience

2+ years of experience in a strongly typed language or TypeScript

Proficiency with RDBMS and either raw queries or ORM

Hands-on experience with unit/integration testing

Solid understanding of message brokers (e.g., SNS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, PubSub)

Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Eagerness to learn, grow, and receive feedback constructively

Nice to Have Experience with Node.js

Familiarity with GraphQL

Knowledge of AWS or GCP

Experience using gRPC and Protobuf

Understanding of SOLID principles
