Senior Technical Product Manager Berlín, Germany

 What you’ll do

Define and own Autopilot’s roadmap, aligning development with business goals

Set and track product metrics, KPIs and OKRs to demonstrate impact

Partner with Engineering to turn customer insights into prioritized, measurable improvements

Produce and maintain clear product docs and work with Marketing on positioning

Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and risks

What we’re looking for

3+ years leading technical data-driven in B2B SaaS/PaaS from concept through launch

Excellent communication skills to connect with internal teams and external customers

Proven ability to build relationships across engineering, sales and customer success in a fast-paced startup

Passion for climate-tech and data-driven sustainability (industry experience is a plus)

Optional: eligible to work in Germany

Bonus: Understanding of ML workflows; proficiency with Python \ R

Additional Information

Location: Berlin or Remote within +/- 2 hours of CET timezone

Starting date: As soon as possible

Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours
