We are building a modern payroll platform. We are looking to expand in Germany and are looking for seasoned engineers. The key attributes we are looking for:

Python Experience

Pydantic, langchain a plus

API development

Foundational models, Chain of Thought, Mixture of agents a plus

Experience using public cloud

Front End experience a plus (NextJS preferred)

Graph database experience a plus

Experience deploying large products to production

3. Other Skills

Native level German speaker

Strong English language skills

Able to travel occasionally

Strong preference for Berlin based engineers
