What You Will Do Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers to create scalable, user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.
Work within and across teams to design and implement robust software features.
Maintain and improve plugins for automation engines.
Partner with Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to support product operations across multiple regions and deployments.
Conduct code reviews and actively share knowledge.
Mentor and coach less experienced team members.
Advocate for and implement strong engineering practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate new approaches through hands-on experimentation.
Who You Are 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and object-oriented programming (e.g., C#).
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Azure/AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes.
Background working in agile development teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate user needs into product functionality.
Capable of making reasoned technical decisions and clearly communicating your approach.
Familiar with current technology trends.
Committed to producing high-quality, maintainable code.
Comfortable adapting to change and iteration—especially in fast-paced, evolving product environments.
Fluent in English.
Nice to Have Experience with DevOps pipelines.
Familiarity with Cloud Operations (monitoring, observability, logging, Infrastructure as Code).
Experience with React and/or .NET.

Compensation
The minimum gross annual salary for this role in Austria is €53,802, based on the relevant collective agreement. However, actual compensation is market-based and may be significantly higher depending on your skills and experience.
