We are looking for someone who has a strong experience developing mobile backend services and is passionate about his work.
Your tasks:
Design core, backend software components
Build the core of WunderCar
Work closely with our product and mobile teams
Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services
Your Profile:
Excellent coding skills in Ruby
B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or 3+ years in relevant work experience
3+ years of object-oriented software development experience
Experience of the full web technology stack and proficiency creating applications in Rails or Sinatra
Confidence working with and developing RESTful APIs
Tremendous attention to detail and an ability to build reliable, scalable, and flexible software
Core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
A scrappy, get it done attitude that completes high quality projects and tackles unforeseen challenges
